  • A homemade vehicle is a motor vehicle (car, truck or motorcycle) constructed or assembled using new or used parts.
  • It is intended for the personal use of the owner / registrant.
  • This excludes the reconstruction or alteration of a motor vehicle produced by a manufacturer.

  • An all-terrain vehicle (ATV) is any self-propelled vehicle, including an off-road motorcycle.
  • They are manufactured for use on off-road trails or in off-road competitions.
  • These vehicles are less than 70 inches wide and weigh less than 1,000 pounds.
